The exhibition of one of the legend of czechoslovak graphic design “Jan Rajlich sn.”http://www.terry-posters.com/posters/attribute-1-authors/7948-rajlich-jan-st is held in cooperation of Association of Biennial Brno within exhibition series "Brno-capital of graphic design nr. 66.

101 Czechoslovak Film Poster Bucurest

MNAC Bucuresti - National Muzeum of Contemporary Art (15. 11. 2012 - 15. 1. 2013) —

Representative collection of 101 posters is exhibited in Nicolai Ceaucesko’s former Palac of People, where Museum of modern art now take place. The exhibition is realized in cooperation with Czech centre in Bucharest.

Cinema Aero, Prague (20. 10. 2012 - 30. 11. 2012) —

The exhibition introduce famous art poster for french movies, which were designed by lead czechoslovak artists from begining of 60s to year 1989. Viewers will see mostly posters for French New Wave movies, where for example J.L. Gondard’s Crazy Pete and Breathless belongs. The posters for these two movies was made by Jiri Hilmar. Another exhibiti works are Milan Grygar’s austere poster for A Man and a Woman movie or Zdenek Ziegler’s typographic assemblage
for Jules and Jim movie. Aside from czechoslovak posters some very famous polish posters are on the exhibition too.

Retrospective exhibition of Josef Flejsar , one of most respected czechoslovak graphic designers shows 55 movie, exhibition and theatre posters.
