we would like to invite you to cooperation.

Terry posters is celebrating tenth anniversary this Year. During that time, we have managed to build unique collection of 90 thousand art movie as well as non-movie posters and we have realized 150 exhibitions in Czech republic and abroad. We would like to celebrate this special moment with you with exhibition, that will reflex our common passion for art movie poster medium, and at the same time it will support Terry posters future collection and exhibition activities. We are turning to you with announcement of PROJECT:

PROJECT, into we would like invite wide art community of artists, graphic designers, students and other applicants. It also keep on exhibitions of student posters that we had realized in recent years. Goal of this project is to give opportunity to artists so they can try create art movie poster. Unfortunately there aren’t any sponsors or authorities, so art poster no longer follow movie propagation as used to before year 1989, when Czech poster school, beside Polish, had become famous around the world.

PROJECT OUTPUT

1.
The summary exhibition, which introduce selection of one hundred posters, will take place from the 1st December 2015 to the 28th February 2016 in Prague’s cinemas Aero, Oko and Svetozor, in cinema Scala in Brno and Bio Central in Hradec Kralove

2.
All posters, that will be send to project, will be shown on our website.

3.
Certain posters will be printed and offer for sale on our costs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.
Author send to Terry posters address:
pavel.rajcan@terryhoponozky.cz
poster proposal in electronic form (print pdf) to the 1st November 2015 at the latest.

2.
Every author can send any number of poster proposal (even for different movies) but he/she has to choose from our list of 50 movies, that you find below.

3.
The poster dimensions are set to size format B1 – 100 × 70 cm (orientation on height).

4.
If author will send proposal for movie that is not in our list, the design is not included in selection for exhibition.

5.
When author give over the proposal, he/she give all copyrights (for upcoming use for exhibition, sells of printed copies, publication rights etc.) exclusively to Terry posters, without any fee or shares from sales. With this action, author contribute to Terry posters collection and exhibiton activities,

6.
Terry posters on it’s costs will realize print of selected posters, that will offer for sale on it’s website terryposters.com and in Terry poster store in Prague.
